Warning VDRs HomeRun’s already comprehensive audit process took another big step forward by introducing Warning VDRs. These new edits flag items like the MO175 issues where the answer may not necessarily be wrong, but where the agency wants an opportunity to review it before submitting the FINAL.

.NET Architecture White Oak has instituted .NET Architecture into HomeRun3. This new architecture will be the basis of all new development and leads the way to the inevitable conversion of all of HomeRun applications to .NET in the coming year.

Streamlined Check In/Out process New archive process dramatically reduces the time it takes to check out patient record packages to the Point of Care laptop devices.

State Audit Reports The following DSS Audit reports have been enhanced
• Active Patient Audit List
• Discharged Patient Audit List
• Unduplicated Patient Audit List
• Employee Audit List
• Contracted Employee Audit List
• PPS/OASIS Audit List
New tools enable agencies to custom design these reports. User-defined options determine what is included and how information is sorted and displayed in the documents. They can be run for one branch at a time or for an entire agency. Selections for Line of Business, Payer, Service Date Range are some of the choices currently available.

On Demand RAP/FINAL Builder RAPs and FINAL billing records are generated within HomeRun on a regularly scheduled basis through the HomeRun Nightly jobs application. With the 3.00 Release, RAPs and FINALS can also be built as needed per user request with the new RAP/FINAL builder application rather than waiting for the next scheduled run of the nightly job.

837 Billing Many enhancements have been made as part of White Oak’s ongoing efforts to comply with rapidly changing HIPAA Requirements
