HomeRun
Summary of
HomeRun Features
HomeRun is an information systems application
designed and developed by White Oak Systems in cooperation with
top home health care providers. The HomeRun product
gives Case Management and Home Health Agencies the
ability to integrate their clinical and financial
data and manage their operations with a single
software application.
We currently provide home care billing services and
information systems support for millions of Home
Health Care visits from Medicare, Medicaid, managed
care and numerous other pay sources.
HomeRun is a completely integrated system, with
modules for Intake through Discharge, including
Patient and Employee Demographics, Point of Care
Assessments, Routine Visit Notes, Billing, AR,
Scheduling and TimeSheet.
HomeRun offers a wide variety of reports for each of
the modules in the system. Any of these reports can
be demonstrated in detail at your convenience either
in person or through the Internet.
While we pride ourselves on the financial strength
of our applications, we also have award winning
clinical systems. HomeRun was
awarded a Regional Pinnacle Award by Sigma Theta
Tau, the International Society of Nursing. The award
was granted for “Clinical Nursing Applications” and
reflects the power and ease of use of our Clinical
Assessment tools.
The HomeRun
technical environment is MSNT 4.0 /Windows 2000,
Database MS SQL Server 2000 and MS Visual Basic 6.0,
with deployment to the end-user through MS/NT
4.0/2000/XP Terminal Services. In addition, HomeRun
software currently interfaces with a number of
accounting packages.
